TERMS OF SALES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES |
PLACING ORDERS:
Our Office hours our 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday. Fax Orders at anytime at (951) 360-1166. We do not take Phone or Verbal Orders. A Faxed or Hard Copy of the Purchase Order is required before shipping.
PAYMENTS:
All orders must be prepaid. We do not accept COD orders. We do not offer a credit line.
* We accept Master-Card, Visa, and American Express. We do not retain credit card numbers in our data base. They must be given with each order, including expiration date, zip code and signature.
* Prepayment be personal or company check will be subject to a 2-week check clearance delay. There will be a $30.00 minimum charge (or the amount charged by the bank if over $30.00) for any returned check.
SALES TAX:
All California orders are subject to sales tax. For resale purposes in California, please include the California Certificate of Resale card to order.
PACKAGING CHARGES:
We do not apply packaging charges, except for a product that requires special handling. You will be notified of any additional packaging charges.
SHIPPING:
* If the purchase order is recieved before 12:00 noon, it will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon will shipped the following business day. We will notify you if item is in back order.
* Most products are shipped via UPS ground, FOB Mira Loma, CA, unless specified otherwise. Larger items may be shipped directly from the manufacturers. One, two and three-day service is available upon request. Items that need special handling will be shipped by truck. Items over 150 lbs or over 130 inches (girth+length) must be shipped COLLECT by truck
Note: our company has arranged with several trucking companies for discounted freight charges.
* Shipping/Trucking number, together with our invoice, will be faxed to you within two days after order is shipped out if a fax number is provided.
PRICE QUOTES & DISCOUNTS:
We offer discounts on larger quantities on certain items. Please note that prices are subject to change regardless of when the price was printed. You are welcome to verify the prices before placing your order by calling our office before you place your order.
GUARANTEES:
W. Lim Corporation is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We make every effort to test the products we market and we recommend products that we have experience with. We make all attempts to correct any manufactor defects. Complaints must be made within 15 days after purchase of items or within the specified manufacturer warranty period.
RESTOCKING CHARGES:
We offer a 30-day return policy on hardware items only. Foods, enrichment diets, or custom-made items are not returnable. The hardware item to be returned must be unused, in its oringal condition, and in original box, with the original purchase receipt included. It must be returned at customers ' expense. We do not accept COD charges nor will we issue a recall tag. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 60 days of purchase for domestic accounts. Upon the inspection of the items, we will issue credit and send a refund check in US dallors, minus restocking fee and oringal freight chages.

TERMS OF SALES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES |
PROFORMA INVOICES:
we will provide a Proforma Invoice for obtaining import permits and determining custom duties. Freight charges and freight forwarding services will be estimated as close as possible.
PAYMENTS:
* All costs, including products, documentations, and transportation must be prepaid in US currency and drawn on a US bank. Any returned checks are subject to a $30.00 minimum charge, or the amount charged by our bank.
* International Bank wire transfer is acceptable, but it is subject to an additional bank service charge. Wire transfer charges are the responsability of the buyer. We will provide our bank information during the transaction.
* Credit card payments are also acceptable. However, please note that charged orders are subject to a $3.00/per $100.00 handling fee.
RETURNS & RESTOCKIGN CHARGES:
There is a 60 day return policy for foreign accounts only. items must not be used, be in there original condition and packaging. Customer must ship the items to our office at there expense. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Upon inspection of the items, we will issue credit and send a refund check in US dollars, minus restocking fee and oringal freight charges.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDERS |
- Fill out the order form provided in our catalog or download and print out our " 2008 ORDER FORM " (Please feel free to copy the form for future orders.) Include the date of your order, your company name, your name, address, city, state, zip code, (country if outside of the United States), contact phone number, and fax number. Your order will be shipped to the billing address unless instructed otherwise.
- Fill in the quantity, item number, description, price, sales tax for California orders, and total.
- Fill out payment information and sign the form.
